Out of Africa

All this talk of leopard print has got me thinking of my favorite movie of all time: "Out of Africa". I recently watched the movie again and paid close attention to the costumes. The khaki dress with leopard scarf and dark leather belt seems appropriate even for the Baroness Blixen! To make it more modern I would add the khaki wedge heels.

Ultimate Leopard

This is an ultimate combination of leopard. I paired my silk blouse with my faux fur leopard coat and wrapped it up with a Michael Kors leopard belt. Need a pair of skinny dark denim and a classic pair of black heels to balance out all that leopard.

Leopard, Vintage and Gladiator Heels

In my quest to use my leopard blouse with all I decided to use it with a beautiful silk wrap vintage Hanae Mori dress in a snake skin print. The prints are similar in color so work well together. I tied up the blouse to make it look like a jacket. I want to pair with an great pair of gladiator heels from Zigisoho. As crazy tall as these shoes are they are super comfortable. Plus I got them for my birthday! The other look is a lovely vintage St. John knit evening top with black crystal buttons that I used over the top of the leopard top like a dressy sweater for a cute date night look.
